About Us

Anna Bushell Training was formed in 2008 when Anna decided to become an independent trainer and coach after having worked in a variety of industries successfully designing and then implementing training and development courses across all management levels within the organisations she worked for.

Anna gained her NVQ Level 4 in Training and Development (Learning) in 2003 and completed a 3-Day Brain Friendly Learning course in 2004. Anna is also accredited to deliver the Strength Deployment Inventory programme.

Since 2001 Anna specialised in coaching and training senior management in a variety of subjects, working with over 400 managers on developing their skills and knowledge in people and performance management, team leadership, setting and delivering business objectives, recruitment and selection skills and management development training.

Anna Bushell Training prides itself on understanding each clients individual specific needs, identifying root causes and identifying and designing solutions to meet those needs, from highly participative group training sessions or one to one individual coaching sessions.

We specialise in working with managers to develop and realise their full potential, to make them successful and to enable them to deliver results and we are passionate about supporting managers to be at their best and for them to gain satisfaction from delivering these results.

Our training style is facilitative, questioning, creative and practical.

Combined with our front line experience in the manufacturing, engineering, customer service, utilities and FMCG sectors ensures that we will deliver relevant and valuable training and coaching to those managers and the organisations that they are part of.
