Team Leadership

Our Team Leadership package is a bespoke offer, designed according to your specific requirements.

We use a process called ‘Aligning Actions with Business Objectives’, which is unique to Anna Bushell Training.

We will spend time in the business to firstly understand the business objectives, identify the capabilities required to achieve those objectives and asses the skills of your Team Leader, resulting in an appropriate and agreed development action plan.

The development action plan could be one to one coaching, a work based improvement project utilising continuous improvement tools, a series of Leadership training courses or just a single training session.

The most important aspect is that Anna Bushell Training understands fully the requirements of the business in order for it to achieve performance and growth.

Confidentiality and trust are a critical part of the process and are required from both us and our clients.
