Recruitment and Selection skills

We have a 2-Day course available, giving those involved in recruiting and selecting candidates an opportunity to assess their recruitment process from identification of a need, through to offer of employment.

 Attendees will also have the opportunity to practice and hone their interview skills.

There is a considerable amount of legislation that directly affects the recruitment and selection process. This course will cover the legislation, ensuring attendees are aware of the pitfalls.

Attendees are required to bring along job descriptions for a role they will soon need to fill. If they do not have one, then an outline of the role is required.
