Anna worked with our Management team extensively during 2003/2004 to help tackle a number of HR issues within the business that were having a major negative impact in terms of performance and morale.

During this time she led and coordinated initiatives tackling areas such as absenteeism (and underlying causation), training needs analysis for first to mid level managers and management and leadership skill programmes on the back of this.

Anna was instrumental in taking us forward with all of these issues which resulted in tangible and measurable improvements to the business.
