Anna Bushell Training are an independent training company specialising in Management Development, based in Shelley (near Huddersfield) offering a nationwide service providing training and coaching development programmes to both large and small organisations and businesses.

Formed in 2008 by Anna Bushell the company offers a wide range of training programmes specifically focused at developing managers to realise their full potential and to give them the skills and knowledge they require to contribute towards the success of the organisation in which they operate.

With a proven track record of successfully delivering relevant and high quality training and coaching programmes to a number of clients, Anna Bushell Training prides itself in working closely with its clients to ensure all the training and development programmes are of the highest quality and bring the maximum return on investment to those participating in the training and coaching for the organisations in which they work.

Offering specialist training and coaching development programmes in Management Development, Manager as a Coach, Recruitment and Selection Skills, Team Leadership, Setting Business Objectives and SDI^® (the Strength Development Inventory), we also offer training courses to non-managers in Customer Service Skills, Assertiveness, Age Discrimination and Train the Trainer.

Our experience in a variety of industry sectors, from manufacturing, engineering, customer services, utilities and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) ensures our training and development programmes are individually adapted to ensure they are appropriate and relevant for everyone involved.
